Abalt delivers tailored training and education programmes for operator and service companies, and supports research and education in major universities and institutes. Our learning and development tools relate to all disciplines involved in the exploitation of hydrocarbon reserves.

After analysing your organisation’s training needs Abalt will set learning and development strategies and design and deliver tailored training programmes. Abalt will also manage the execution of the programme and evaluate its quality and other outcomes. All Abalt training is fully supported by our consulting and engineering divisions, and we ensure that learning and experience is transmitted effectively within the client’s organisation.
