Abalt's Tailored Training support previously Regional Operator Success in Offshore Assets Internationally.
A Former Soviet Union Operator traditionally involved in the exploitation of local land assets took the challenge of expanding its operations into offshore environments worldwide.
A comprehensive, effective, and expedite training for its engineering force was required to facilitate their readiness to face the challenges of exploiting offshore assets outside the FSU.
Abalt Solutions training specialists designed and developed and intensive (four weeks) Tailored Training Programme to develop and sharp up the necessary technical and commercial skills. We were able to achieve and exceed our customer expectations, and we are proud we aid on driving their international success.
